The 270THS is our most versatile toy hauler yet — a slide-out opens the main living area wide, while a rear garage hauls your rec vehicles and gear. Inside, the space does double duty: a dinette converts to a bed and the sofa folds down to another, while a separate rear bedroom/garage adds two fold-down beds and room to load your toys — so the whole rig sleeps eight. Drop the fold-down rear ramp and it becomes a covered patio for the campsite; step back inside to a full bathroom, a separate closet, and storage cabinets everywhere you look. It rides on LiV’s 100% thermoplastic composite shell — so there is no structural wood to rot — backed by the Lifetime Warranty on Wood Rot and Wood Mildew, with a roof rated to hold up to 3,000 lb. And at about 4,593 pounds dry, it tows with far less truck than a comparable wood- or metal-framed toy hauler its size. Final equipment is still being finalized; this is an early look.
