Keep the books tight for a growing multi-brand boat, RV, and powersports dealership in Americus. You'll own the day-to-day accounting — payables, receivables, reconciliations, and payroll support — and keep the business running on clean, accurate numbers.
What you'll do
- Record daily transactions and keep the general ledger accurate
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and deposits
- Reconcile bank, credit-card, and floor-plan accounts each month
- Support payroll, sales-tax filings, and the month-end close
- Keep clean records for management and our outside CPAs
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks (or similar) and Excel
- Dealership, automotive, RV, or marine accounting a strong plus
- Accurate, organized, and discreet with confidential information
