Be the first voice customers hear when they call about a boat, RV, or trailer. You'll field inbound calls and online inquiries, help shoppers find the right unit, and turn interest into appointments and closed deals — with earning potential up to $75K.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from prospective buyers
- Walk customers through inventory, pricing, and options by phone and email
- Convert leads into showroom appointments and closed sales
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales floor for test drives, walkarounds, and handoffs
What we're looking for
- Sales or customer-service phone experience (dealership, RV, or marine a plus)
- Comfortable selling over the phone and by email
- Motivated by goals and earning potential
- Professional, personable, and reliable
