Keep the LiV build lines moving. You'll own inventory at our Americus trailer plant — making sure every part for every stage of the build (chassis, plumbing, electrical, final finish, and complete) is on hand when it's needed, while keeping records accurate, shortages rare, and inventory dollars working hard.
What you'll do
- Monitor stock levels, reorder alerts, and material availability across multiple RV build lines
- Track bill-of-materials (BOM) consumption by model and production stage
- Set and maintain reorder points and safety stock, and forecast future needs from usage trends
- Run cycle counts and physical audits, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Track receipts, transfers, adjustments, and consumption
- Manage vendor relationships, lead times, deliveries, and supplier performance
- Lead barcode scanning and inventory automation initiatives
- Build inventory reports and metrics for management, and find ways to cut carrying costs
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production, and train inventory staff as needed
What we're looking for
- Inventory control, materials, or warehouse experience — manufacturing or RV a strong plus
- Comfortable with Excel and inventory or ERP systems; barcode experience a plus
- Organized and analytical, with a knack for spotting trends and discrepancies
- Clear communicator with vendors, purchasing, and the production floor
- Accountable for results — inventory accuracy, stockouts, turns, and on-time material availability
