What you'll do
- Greet, qualify, and guide customers to the right unit
- Work leads, walk-ins, and follow-ups through the CRM
- Give great demos and product walkarounds
- Structure and close deals with the sales manager
- Stay in touch after the sale for referrals and repeat business
What we're looking for
- Sales experience — boat, RV, powersports, or automotive preferred
- Self-motivated, personable, and driven by goals
- Comfortable following up and working a CRM
- A valid driver's license and a customer-first attitude
