Every LiV turns heads for how little it weighs. The 26 RLS turns them for how much room it gives you. It is the most spacious floorplan we have ever built — a true rear living room, wrapped in glass, on the same composite shell that made LiV famous. This is your first look.

Most travel trailers make you give something up for space: more weight, more length you cannot park, more truck than you own. The 26 RLS was drawn to feel big and live easy — an open floor plan you can actually move around in, a private bedroom of its own, and a back wall that is mostly window.

A living room that opens up.

The heart of the 26 RLS is a single slide-out — so wide it lives like a double. Push it out and the main room opens wide: a sofa on one side, a dinette on the other, and open floor in between to stand, stretch, and gather. It is an open-concept living space, not a hallway with furniture wedged into it.

A window on the whole view.

What makes a rear living room special is what sits behind it. The 26 RLS puts a large window across the back of the trailer, so the lake, the mountains, or the campfire become the view from your couch. Park it well and the best seat in the campground is inside your own trailer.

A bedroom of your own.

With the living room at the back, the 26 RLS keeps a private, separate bedroom up front — a door you can close for real rest while the living space stays a living space. No converting the dinette every night, no sleeping in the middle of the room.

Room for six.

The 26 RLS sleeps six, so there is room for the family or a couple who simply likes to spread out and host. At just under 30 feet, it is a lot of trailer that still fits a standard site.

Built on our composite shell — and it can’t rot.

The 26 RLS is built on LiV’s 100% thermoplastic composite body — the walls, roof, and floor framing are composite, not wood or metal studs. That means there is no structural wood to rot, ever, backed by our Lifetime Warranty on Wood Rot and Wood Mildew. The roof is rated to hold up to 3,000 lb, so climbing up to load gear or rinse it off is no problem.

Big space without the big weight.

Here is the surprise. A comparable rear-living travel trailer with a slide — a floorplan this size, sleeping six — typically weighs 6,000 to 8,000 pounds dry, or more. The 26 RLS does it at a 4,699-lb dry weight — often well over a thousand pounds lighter — because a composite shell weighs a fraction of a wood- or metal-framed one. Less trailer weight means it tows with less truck than its size suggests; many half-ton trucks can pull it, though you should always check your vehicle’s tow rating.
