The best thing about building trailers is hearing what owners say once the trailer’s on the road. This week we got two pieces of feedback worth sharing.

The trade-in story

One of our owners posted to Facebook about trading in their previous RV for a LIV — what changed, what they expected, and what surprised them after the first few trips. Short version: lighter to tow than they thought, more capable than the spec sheet suggested, and zero of the moisture issues that haunted their old build.

The service interview

We also caught up with a couple who had service work done on their camper. Their take on the experience — what was fixed, how long it took, and how the LIV team handled it — is the kind of feedback that tells us we’re building the right relationships, not just the right trailers.

Where we sit

We strive to be the best, and to provide a unique camping experience available to everyone. Our trailers are made to be affordable for all and towable by anything — the goal has always been to expand RV ownership beyond the people who already have a three-quarter-ton truck in the driveway.
