The 17FD is one of our most popular couples’ floorplans — a front-dinette layout that doubles as kitchen, office, and breakfast nook depending on the hour. Add the Off-Road Package and the same trailer turns into a trail-ready rig that gets you past the last paved mile without giving back the comforts that make a LIV feel like home.

• Raised axle for additional ground clearance.
• 15-inch off-road tires built for gravel, dirt, and rough fire roads.
• Off-road ladder and roof rack for hauling kayaks, paddleboards, or expedition gear.
• Reinforced underbelly protection.
• Custom-painted exterior detail that signals the off-road build at a glance.

Limited production run

This configuration is a limited production run. We chose the 17FD because it’s the right balance of tow-friendly weight, real interior comfort, and a footprint compact enough for trailheads that won’t fit a larger rig. The trade-off is build slots — we only make so many at a time, and the order window is short.

Whatever the route looks like, the build doesn’t change. The 17FD Off-Road carries the same double-welded composite cage and lifetime no-wood-rot warranty as every other LIV. Salt air, mud, river crossings — none of them affect a chassis with no wood in it.
