Most toy haulers make you camp in the garage. The 270THS gives you a real living space and a real cargo space — and, because it rides on our composite shell, it does it at a weight that tows with far less truck than its size suggests.

A slide-out that opens the room.

Push the slide-out and the main living area opens wide — room to cook, gather, and move around instead of squeezing past the furniture. It is an open floor plan, not a hallway with a couch wedged into it.

A ramp that becomes your patio.

Drop the fold-down rear ramp and load the side-by-side, the dirt bikes, the e-bikes, the kayaks. Once you have unloaded, that same ramp converts into a covered patio — a deck off the back of the trailer for morning coffee or an evening by the fire.

A bedroom, a garage — and beds that appear when you need them.

Up front, the space does double duty: a dinette that converts to a bed and a sofa that folds down to another. Out back, a separate bedroom/garage adds two fold-down beds and room to store your rec vehicles and gear. Put it all together and the 270THS sleeps eight — bring the family or the whole riding crew.

Toy-hauler life is hard on a trailer: wet gear, muddy boots, a machine dripping on the way in. That is exactly where a composite LiV shines. Every LiV roof is rated to hold up to 3,000 lb, so loading gear up top or climbing to rinse it off is no problem.
